Extra virgin olive oil and Sangiovese Superiore D.O.C
In our farm we grow selected grapes with which we have been supplying the most important wineries in our area for over 20 years.
We produce a superior quality DOC Sangiovese wine that has inherited the name of the householder, Silvano, who created this splendid farm with passion and spirit of excellence. His love for the country inspired the family’s production of a limited quantity of a niche wine made from the best grapes to be drunk, at first, with relatives and friends. These two different vineyards, which have the ideal characteristics to achieve this ambitious goal, were selected. The result is a wine with an intense aroma of summer fruits and precious spices that can immediately be smelt from your glass and it is only the best prelude to a real symphony of amazing flavours of remarkable persistence.
We also produce a prestigious extra virgin cold pressed low acidity olive oil from the olives grown on the property and manually picked from the trees. The trees fertile ground, their particularly sunny position, the immediate grinding of the olives and the limited production guarantee the high quality of this oil
